YOU MUST FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES BELOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY ORDER!
EXCHANGE POLICY:
If a customer is delivered the wrong item, they may exchange it for the correct one. In this circumstance, please email us within 10 DAYS of having received the package. All we ask is that you send the product back in its original state.
IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECT:
Because we buy our merchandise from outside sources therefore our merchandise is used. Nevertheless we always try to examine our merchandise for damages and defects when receiving new shipments.
Please note that it is also your responsibility to make sure everything is satisfactory. If an item gets past our quality check simply return the item in order to receive an exchange for an exact replacement of that item, or if you prefer you may request a refund.
When making returns please remember to include a note along with the returned merchandise stating the reason for the return.
Its best to simply print your receipt and enclose that document along with the merchandise your returning to ensure a prompt refund.

THERE IS NO TIME RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTS! WE UNDERSTAND THAT MANY OF OUR DVD SETS COME WITH MULTIPLE DISCS AND IT MAY TAKE TIME FOR YOU TO BECOME AWARE OF DEFECTS SUCH AS DISCS **FREEZING OR SKIPPING.
**DEFECTS ARE RARE EXTREMELY RARE
AS WE DO QUALITY CHECKS ON ALL OF OUR DVDS BEFORE WE RESELL THEM.
ALL OTHER REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 8 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.
